Black box appear on screen disappears when you change channels and reappears
Go into menu find
cc settings and
change setting to off
(make note of the one thats
causing the problem)
Most tv's made by orion (sansui) have a closed captioning button on the remote. press this button until "off" is selected on screen. without remote press both volume buttons down at same time on front of tv to get menu.
Your tv is in text mode . enter menu closed caption &text turn off text.

Hmm, sounds like maybe the closed captioning option is on? Check your remote for a button labeled "CC" and press it to see you that fixes it or go into customer menu and make sure closed captioning is off. If you have a cable or satellite box they may be set for CC as well and need to be set to off.

Check your TV settings under Caption, odds are someone adjusted the captions to text1 or 2.. the box should go away after you change that to off or std cap.

aparece pantalla en negro y en la parte inferior una llave en rojo tiene volumen pero no cambia de canales ni obedece con el control remoto, tampoco obedece señalesen forma manual, no aparece nada ni el menu solamente tiene sonido del canal en que quedo.e intentado todo por medio del control remoto incluso desconectarla y volverla a conectar
