I start it up and try t play a game that work in another 360. after opening and closing then it reads if i put another game in it does the same please help i have cleaned the lens.
There's your problem - you have cleaned the lens. There is almost never a need to clean the lens, unless your Xbox is located in a woodworking shop or spray booth...
You have now misaligned your lens and all you can do is take it in and pay someone to fix it for you.
It will be an expensive lesson in not fiddling with things that you aren't qualified to work on...
