This sounds like a problem with the fuser unit. I would turn the machine off for about ten minutes, let it cool off and then turn back on. See if that works. If this does not work, you would need a new fuser unit.

That is a problem with the fuser, replacing the fuser
(part # - UG297) should fix this right up. It's a pretty easy fix, here is a video that shows you how. Iteminc.com has these in stock and ships same day. Hope this helps any1 with this error. Good luck!
