The only way you can get a PUK code is from your supplier network. Call them from another phone and explain your situation, ask them to ring back if need be so your call is cheaper.
With them they should sort your problems!
call your provider and see if there is a problem with your billing. next, Remove the battery and replace it to restart your phone. if nothing happens then go to your provider and ask for a new sim.
Who is your provider? Did you put your sim card in?
I had issues sending and receiving pictures and I tried all the online solutions with no luck. If you call your provider (on a land line) they can either send an mms validation text that you then save and activate or they will walk you through what you need to enter. Good luck
Hi.. with regards to your problem, try to check that said certain number in your phonebook! Maybe that said number you accidentally change or edited without your knowledge putting it in your pocket one time. Maybe that said number now is not supported by your network provider. So try to call your network provider, then verify/consult your problem. Im sure they will hear your problem. Lastly, there is a possibility that the phone you called might have a mic problem. I hope that this idea will help you.
