There are no toner cartridges on this model. The grid wires most likely need replacing, and it needs a general cleaning. If replacing the grid wires and cleaning the system do not fix the problem, a drum replacement will most likely be needed. When you replace the drum, the cleaning blade will also have to be replaced.

Copying and Printing still use the same toner to print. Take the toner cartridges out and tap them end on to a table. Turn over and tap the other end. Then holding the cartridge at about 30' to flat, start tapping the cartridge to level out the clumped toner.
If that doesn't fix it, the light source is fading. You can check that by pressing copy with no paper in it and looking at the light. It should be even brightness all the way across. If it is bright one end and dim at the other, that is the issue.

This error will be caused by a jamb inside the cutter assembly of the lower roller drawer. Remove the two black Torx screws at the left and right sides inside the lower paper drawer. Next remove the galvanized cover. You should then be able to see the edge of the paper. Grasp it firmly with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull straight up and out. Clear your errors and commence printing.
