Hi,
GPRS setting depend on the network you are using. In Nigeria, MTN GPRS setting is given below
For your Nokia phone, the basic setttings are these;
GPRS/WAP Settings
Account Name = MTN GPRS or any other name
IP Address = 10.199.212.2
Port = 9201 (for WAP) or 8080 (for HTML )
Username = web
Password = web
Access Point Name (APN) = web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
So, please contact your service provider to give you your GPRS Setting.
Regards
Basically what you need are
IP address - ask MTN.
Proxy Port setting enabled/disabled. Ask MTN.
Proxy Port number. Ask MTN.
APN. Ask MTN.
All these are service provider specific and hence I have asked you to ask MTN.
Other settings can be anything.
Also you have to get GPRS activated on your mobile number. Ask MTN again.
When you have all this inf, then set it up and happy surfing.
