A red light should stay on to indicate that its charging and then turn to green once its fully charged. Instead of this it flashes an orange colour and does not charge.

My camera has been in storage for a couple of years and I didn't remove the battery. now it only give me the blinking orange light, regardless of how I try and charge it.also im trying to remove and replace the battery and it seems stuck. this is the samsung L210
