Most issues of this sort are due to the incorrect detergent use. Either too much, or the wrong type. I can't stress enough how critical "HE" ( Hi Efficient ) detergent is in front load machines. Under NO conditions are non-HE detergents acceptable...even small amounts. Also if recently switching from a top load washer, pre-rinse all clothing washed in said top load. You'll be amazed how much soap is still in your clothing from those old wasteful top load washers. Other possible causes are, overloading/improper loading, worn motor brushes, or obstruction in the drain pump to list a few. Hope that helps...for anyone or all who are new to front load washers use.
...at the end of the wash, I then set the dial to DRAIN, then press start. I wait for a special drain cycle to run. Then, I set the dial to SPIN, and wait for a special spin cycle to run. The clothes are much dryer and spun out after this process. I'm not happy with the washer, it came with my new condo. BUT, I'm trying to learn how to use it.....
