I have a Ricoh GX 3050N printer. It says

I have a Ricoh GX 3050N printer. It says ''Ink depleted''. I changed the blue cartridge...replaced it with a brand new cartridge, but it still says, ''Ink depleted''. I tried wiping the sensors, but that still did not help.

You will have to change all the cartridges together then power cycle the printer to run initilization to reset the toner condition.

I have inserted 2 new toner cartridges in my Ricoh Aficio MP C4500 and both times the message has come up "the following toner has been depleted"

Recheck if you removed the tape that's covering the ink hole on each toner.
Also clean the ink hole areas on the printer too with a piece of cloth/paper and some alcohol.
Last idea is to look for resetting the entire printer.

Not sure on that part number, it doesn't mean anything to me either, and isn't in any Ricoh documentation that I can find.

However you can get the ink cartridges from:

I am not sure of any particular KIT you would need, it sounds like just a replacement of the cartridges should do it.

INK DEPLETED BLOCKING ALL FUNCTION

Both of the cartridges did need replacing; the black is OK now so just pop in a cyan and you should be fine.
