Check damage to the temperature sensor
Sensor Cable left side yellow.

My airco got visited by a rat and damaged the wiring.
Cut it rejoined and code 32 changed into temperature.
You need the sensor. Just joining the cables will issue 99 and it will cut off and change into 32
You need a working sensor.

What does "Eo" mean? It comes up on my digital display

Eo means the control board is not programmed. Has to be programmed to function.

I just posted this on another one, but try unplugging it and pushing the reset buttons on the side of the plug. It worked to fix mine so far...

Problem with samsung aw0503b

Found this on Samsungs site.Hope it helps a little, at least you know the problem now. If your air conditioner displays E1 in the display panel and won't turn on, it means that the Room Thermistor (a device connected to the thermostat that detects room temperature) is shorted or defective, and you need to have your air conditioner serviced. If it displays E2, E3, or any other E error, you also need to have your air conditioner serviced. To arrange for service, contact Samsung Customer Care at 1-800-Samsung (1-800-726-7864). Have the model number of your air conditioner on hand when you call.

I had this same problem with mine, i unplugged it and pushed the reset button on the side and now it's working fine.

Second post. This only helped in my case a minute. It went right back to ep. So it still dont' work.

I unplugged it, reset the plug, the EP light went off, read 32 then. After about a minute, it went back to EP again. Called a repairman. I bought it 3 days ago.

That is the Error code or Fault code. If you going to DIY, firstly, please check wire connection feeds mechanical system

EP is an error code resulting from a failed sensor on the cold side. Check the sensor that hangs or is mounted to the from of condenser if this sensor has failed or is unplugged the unit will not run and error code EP will show..

One thing you can try is to hold down on the power button and plug the unit in. Hopefully you will hear a "beep". Then you need to unplug it for a minute and plug it back in. This is a known procedure to clear error codes from the control computer on units similar to yours, so it might possibly work. Unit should reset with circuit breaker off/wait/on. Codes are near the end of this manual.
