Possibly freezer drain blocked causing ice build-up behind back freezer wall. This internal wall should be accessible by removing screws.Check fan motor in that area is working and also check that all door seals have no cracks or tears. This can cause ice build-up and motor to run longer than normally. benham's suggestion another possibility.Naturally have power off when dismantling anything.

hi there. the best way to determine this is to measure the inside length, height and width and you will get cubic feet. Just be sure to convert each measure to feet. For instance 2 feet 4 inches = 2.33 feet.

You have a bad water filter . Replace it by turning the knob on the lower kickplate and remove old filter . The rubber seal on the old filter has worn out causing the leaking seal to drip into the drip pan causing it to overflow .
