I have an i pod touch and i forgot the passowrd i tried soo many times to rememmber the password that it got disabled :( sooo when i connect it to itunes it says please enter ur password to connect to itunes but i forgot my password soo theres nothing to do can you please help me because its been like this for at lease 4 weeks know and its very upsetting thank you

Forgotten Password
If your iTunes Store account uses an Apple ID to sign in, you can reset your password by clicking here.
If your iTunes Store account uses an AOL screen name to sign in, you can reset your password using AOL's password recovery tool.
Change Password
You can change your Apple ID password through your iTunes Store account by following these instructions:

1. Open iTunes.
2. Click iTunes Store in left hand side of the iTunes window, below Devices.
3. Choose Store >Sign In.
4. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click the Sign In button.
5. Choose Store > View My Account.
6. Enter your account's password, then click the View Account button.
7. On the Apple Account Information page, click the Edit Account Info button.
8. Enter your new password twice.
9. Click the Done button.
10. Click the Done button at the bottom of the Apple Account Information page.
