Keeps on coming up with install new toner

Sir, the toner bottle motor assy. needs to be replaced. will take quite a bit of work to get to, recommended a service tech qualified on Biz hub 350. This series is well known for the toner bottle assy. fault as is the di3510 series prior to the Bizhub 200/300 series.

Pull out the middle assy. you will see a section that has a grill over it inside there are two/three very thin wires. They carry a very HV during the copy process not with the section out. There is a clean device on them that goes from one end to the other, your code deals with the motor that drive the cleaning device. Remove the assy., two screws front rear whole assy. comes out remove the tiny gear bring the cleaning device to the rear re-install gear re install assy. if the code comes back burn out motor, can also get a tech to turn it off for ever, not really that important.

for e-studio 350 check if the developer tank unit auger broken or harden with moistered toner hope will lead u to the solution

Some chip is embedded in the HP cartridge, which keeps track of genuine toner.

your copier e-studio 350 some time showing '' dispose used toner'' It dont mean you install new toner... its mean you dispose used toner box.. Dear open the copier frant cover
and dispose used toner white box...

You have to purchase genuine toner catridge from toshiba dealer . after purchasing the toner
1) Open the front toor
2) Toner catridge is there on above of the drum unit, there will be lock for toner catridge cover on the machine, it needs to be opened
3)Rotate the toner catridge in clock wise and pull the catridge ,it will come out
4)Insert the new catridge and rotate clockwise at a time it will get enhance with toner motor
5) close the toner cat cover, front door, TURN ON the machine it will get rotate for few seconds (adding toner) then it will becomes ready
