also have the same machine - if you wash with the eco rinse the clothes will ALWAYS have the soap residue on them and if you use the deep rinse then this machine will just sit there doing the very occasional agitate for up to 6 hours - can't win - have only just hung out a load and as usual there are many many dry spots on the sheets which is a daily occurence - really hate this machine and it's so called u-beaut functions -

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry but I do not know your particular machine BUT I would suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters. The motor is unable to drain all of the water in the allotted time.
Here are my complete, general pre-typed guidance notes for checking filters and motors ;-0)
-------------------------------------
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and held in by a round cover/knob.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!
Hope the filter is the problem and good luck!

Hi just read read your posting. Is your machine the Simpson Ezi set? If it is and the water keeps running does it at any stage while it is filling start to agitate? Or does the machine keep filling and does not start agitating? Please reply with additional information and I can help you rectify this fault. Looking forward to your reply.

yes the safty door latch switch is eather loose or going bad. somewhere on your door there is a small sensor or switch that tells the washer the door is closed and its ok to spin, these washers put out alot of force when spinning and thats why the sensor is there it would be dangerous without them. when the washer goes in spin cycle there is more vibration than any other cycle. and thats whats making the sensor or switch wiggle and its getting an intermedate signal. it probily needs replaced these can commonly go bad due to wear buy slamming the door on the washer.. i hope this helps
