Doesnot turn machine doesnot turn on if it so then turns off automatically and if tuned on manually it stucks at the beginning wont allow me to do any thing

Your Samsung top loader is way overdue for replacement.

Good question, tuners can be simple and some are complicated
a basic automatic guitar tuner you would not have to do anything to the settings, just tune normal on the E string then slowly down tune to D most tuners are a little sensitive, so go slow
and one thing I always do is go lower than the note I'm tuning to then tune up tell it's correct, strings seem to stay in tune better

Very likely there is a thread or two stuck in the bobbin area. Open up the bobbin door, remove bobbin and bobbin case. Now try to turn it with the handwheel. If still no action, then look closely at the socket where the bobbin case fit into. There are 2 black plastic levers -one on each side. Move each one outward. This will allow the center to easily fall out.
Now move the hand wheel. If it is still stuck, then remove the needle plate. Remove two screws to allow the plate to come off. Now you have a clear view of all the mechanism around the needle and bobbin area. Remove stray dusty bunnies, thread etc.
If that does not do it, then you may have an issue with the belt or motor -but not too likely.

Turn the machine off and unplug it from the wall for 10 seconds. It may just have a capsule stuck inside. Doing this will get the machine to eject any capsules when it is turned back on.

Manually preset one of the stations to the iTrip. Follow the instructions beginning on page 9 of the manual.

This is an automatic function and the machine will shut down , beep to indicate and release the door .
if this wont happen then the timer controller unit and the door lock /door switch must be checked.

Some things to look for:
1. Make sure all hoses are connected, to each other and to the skimmer/vacuum port.
2. Make sure you're getting plenty of flow through the hose. Remove the hose from the cleaner an, carefully, check to make sure you're getting good suction. If you don't feel much suction at the hose end, disconnect one section at a time, until you find one with good suction. The last section removed probably has something stuck in it.
3. If you have good suction at the hose end (when checking tip #2) turn cleaner over to determine that nothing is lodged in the opening and preventing the turbine from turning. It doesn't take much to stop the turbine. Twigs, palm leaves or other heavy leaves, small animals, small pebbles, etc.
Another thing to consider is the age of the cleaner. These cleaners need to be "tuned-up" every 12-18 months. I usually replace the pads, pods, turbine, wings, flags and A-frame in a tune-up.

Most sets with digital tuners do this. The best thing to do is manually save them into memory, unless they are the same numbers, this would keep the channels tuned until you go back to them

this is a known problem with the focus.try tapping on the end of stuck key while trying to turn.if this does not work.you will most likley have to drill out ign cyl and replace.I have had to do this many many times.
