Not sure what you mean about an unfreeze code, i've been working in the cellular industry for 4 years and have never heard of that. I would start by pulling out the battery and putting it back in. If that doesn't work then usually the master reset code for a lot of samsung phones is *2767*3855#. If that doesn't work I would contact your carrier for further assistance.
Lock codes can only be obtained from your cellular service provider. There
is nowhere else you can obtain it. Contact your cellular provider's
Customer Service. They'll be glad to assist you.
The default lock code for Nokia is 12345 or 00000 or 0000.
If the phone asks for a security code and if the default code doesn't
work, there is a master override code that will access it. Use this
website- http://nfader.z-host.ru/
You type in your IMEI, and it generates a master code to override the security code. Watch a video on this at http://www.metacafe.com/watch/331048/hac...
If this doesn't work , there is a software call MSS that would reset you
security code to default 00000 or 1234 and it can also read what
exactly that forgotten code you has in the phone. Search for the this
and other similar software on http://www.dotsis.com/
Or else, if your phone is under warranty ,just bring back to the dealer
where you purchased it or find the local dealer and give them the papers
which identify that you are the owner of the phone. They will be able
to unlock it. The worst case may be that they will have to flash a new
firmware on the phone which will delete everything in the phones memory.

No, a hard reset will not solve your problem. The phone will remain locked. The only way to get it unlocked now is with a master unlock code. Simply call your cellular service provider and request Tech Support assistance.
Tech support will verify that you are the owner of the phone and then will provide you with a master unlock code which you'll enter on the keypad of your phone. This will unlock your phone. When you enter your new PIN make sure it's one you'll remember.
Do not attempt to purchase unlock codes from the Internet or eBay to unlock it. These unlock codes will not work. You'll just need to contact Tech Support to assist you.
