    hp psc1410 all in one, the same porblem , i have window vista , i can not install

    I tried to install the printer using the installation CD, but it gave me a message saying that the operating system (Vista) was not supported.



    Is there a driver for Vista for this printer?

    I have a laptop with Vista, I;m trying to install hp psc 1410 series that only supports 98, MS, 2000 and XP. Is there a free download that supports Vista because I can't afford to get another printer

    HPS 1410

    cant install does only support other windows xp, me and 95, no vista it says. its only 1 year old

I have been using my HP printer when i had windows 98 but since i have got my new comp with vista installed cant seem to find the driver which supports the printer the model No is 1410 please advise

Hi solivencia.

Try this first!

Try turning off Windows Defender or whatever AV software you are running. After I turned Defender off the installation completed with no problems and it now prints!!

If you use XP before, you need to install Vista software/drivers? I suggest you uninstall all existing software/driver for this printer first before you install the Vista software/drivers.

I would like to give ou the link to download the software but I don't know which product you are using and Operating system. So here I am providing links to download the software for both hp psc 1410 and hp psc 1410v. Select the OS and select full feature software and click on download only.
