Your image sensor might be faulty. It is what connects your LCD and the picture in the issue of the horizontal lines. have it checked. Try checking your aperture too.

Hallo, my canon powershot A420 camera shows horizontal white lines in LCD screen mostly in night shots and the day light shots appear blurred as if more light is entering and the image is not clear.

I am afraid this seems to be a hardware error in the sensor. If the image is purplish in color when blurred it is similar to my and another user's problem. He/she contacted the manufacturer and they said they can fix it for $250. I am not a repair specialist so there may be a simpler cause and solution- good luck.

Lcd screen blurred and the viewer has a purple color to it

it is because of bad ccd imager chip in your Canon A75 camera that needs to be replaced.
Canon will replace it free of cost, click Canon CCD Imager Advisory for details.
Thanks.

I get a white blur in my canon 430 powershot camera

there is a malfunction in the camera itself.. is it still under warranty? It makes no sense that you did anything wrong.... send it back to the manufacturer and tell them to FIX it.

CANON POWERSHOT A95

Obviously it's a mass Canon A95 issue, it's the same as "pink blur LCD" question which has around 10 people with the same problem, and there's also "purple LCD line" question which refers to the same. Just this website has around 20 of us who posted in August. Unfortunately not a single reply.
