Hi, Does water enter the machine when there timer is off or even if the machine is unplugged? If this is the case, the inlet valve needs replaced. If the water stops when the timer is turned off, there is a problem with the water level switch. Please let me know so that I can assist you further. Thanks Vic
I figured out how to get the encasement (plastic covering) off and get to the water
valve. Successfully changed it, then when I went to turn the waters back on, the hot faucet
began leaking from the know!!! Go figure, I get one problem fixed and now I must deal
with another.
We had the same problem. There was a pinhole leak in the hose that connects the tub to the pump. Bought a new hose for under $10 and fixed the problem ourselves.
disconnect the hose on the bottom and see if the seal is good.If it is good, then remove the back panel, start the washer and watch and see what seal is broke and you can visually see the exact spot the water is leaking from.
hi thanks for your question sometimes the little hose that goes to the water level switch gets clogged up with lint telling the timer it does not have enough water a plastic hose goes there find it and blow through it but look at it take it off to make sure its clean it happened me to dat thanks for the question THE APPLIANCE DOC
