SAME THING HERE ! SCREEN GOES BLACK AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF PLAY?

Seems HDMI cable is faulty. Did you try changing the HDMI Cable?

mine did this I was told to pull out he plug and let it sit for about 20 minutes then plug it in. Hold the power button in for about 12 seconds to reset the television. worked good. oh keep your television away from AC s open windows. moisture can kill any electronics with just a few minutes of damp air.

If you are using an HDMI cable that is all you need, HDMI is capable of transmitting video and audio to your TV. So the only thing to do now is to get your tv to switch to the DVD player from its normal TV signal. On your TV's remote control you should see a button called 'input' pressing this will bring up a menu of all the possible forms of input on your tv, most modern tvs will have at least 3-4, there may even be several HDMI inputs, the one you need should be labeled on the back of the tv or wherever you plugged it in, but the easiest way to figure out which it is, is to start a dvd playing, then cycle through the available inputs by pressing the input button on your tv's remote repeatedly until you see the picture on screen. (give each a few seconds before switching to the next, as some tv's do have a slight delay before displaying the image).Then make a note of which of the HDMI ports it is for future use.
