How do i unlock the keys? I dont mean with the toggle switch at the side, i mean that the lock (key) sign is showing on my screen and i cannot get rid of it

Take a close look at the wiring and connections at the drivers door switch.

The CL message means that the Control Lock (or Child Lock) feature is enabled. This prevents any of the buttons changing a setting or starting a cycle with a pet/sibling in the dryer. This is useful if you are cleaning the dryer control panel or have small children.

Kenmore dryers are built by several manufacturers. Without the model number, including the three digit prefix, it's impossible to determine the button or buttons that toggle the feature on or off. However, there is usually a notation in a small font on the appropriate key or in the middle of a line between two key pads. This notation could be a small padlock symbol or a child's face. Other notations could be the words "child lock" or "control lock". If it's a single key, you need to press and hold for 3-5 seconds to toggle the lock. When it's a key combination, you need to press and hold both keys.

For some Samsung manufactured dryers, you press and hold Time and Temperature. These might have a prefix of 592.

Some LG dryers use the Easy Iron button. (Look for a prefix of 796.) Some GE dryers use the Dry Level and Temp buttons.

Please add a comment with the model number to get the specific key or key combination needed to deactivate the CL feature. Most dryers will remember the Child Lock state even after a power outage.

That you have locked the screen orientation. Swipe up from the bottom and unlock it with the lock icon.

What do you mean boy broken??Physically broken, or no action is you press it? ( Lock/unlock key is the down right under key marked with a handset sign over a on/off sign. ( can't use non-English characters here!!

Maybe you don't have your wireless turned on. Look onboth sides and in front for the Wireless Switch and turn it on.

Also once the wireless switch is turned on there are keystrokes that can togglethe wireless on or off. Normally you would Press and Hold the FN functionkey located at the lower left of the keyboard, then hit the correct F1 thru F12key that toggles the wireless. The correct F1 thru F12 key to hit willhave the wireless signal icon )))) on it. Or it might have the icon of a towerwith the wireless signal icon )))). Normally the screen will displayWireless On or Wireless Off when you toggle the wireless.

There might be a wireless switch located on either side of the laptop or at the front of the laptop. If so flip the switch. Also there might be a combination of keystrokes that toggles the wireless on and off. Normally you would have to hit the FN Function key + another key (F1 thru F12) to toggle the wireless. The correct F1 thru F12 key will probably have the wireless icon )))) on it. Press and Hold the FN key then hit the correct F1 thru F12 key that controls the wireless. When you do it your lcd screen might show Wireless On or Wireless Off as you press the keys.

remove the toggle switch and pray you didnt do damage to your delicate stereo system

Dude just remove your side key away from your phone u vl find a small up & down key in side slot of side key take your stick & put it down to unlock use ur stick to lock or unlock ur phone..

On my KVM switch it works pressing
Scroll lock key twice then
press up or down arrow
to toggle

To toggle your scroll lock key:

1. Click on the Windows Start button.
   
2. Select Run.
   
3. Type 'OSK' in the dialog box.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on OK.
   
5. The Microsoft on-screen keyboard will open. Notice that the slk, or scroll lock, key (located in the top row of the on-screen keyboard as shown below) is turned on.
   
   
   
6. Click on slk (in the top row of the on-screen keyboard). This will toggle the state of the scroll lock key. Notice that the scroll lock key is no longer outlined in red. Scroll lock is now off.
   
   

NOTE: If you have installed SetPoint (Logitech’s Mouse and Keyboard software) the confirmation message Scroll Lock Off will also be displayed for about 2 seconds on your monitor.
