My name is Jon i work on repairing phones all day everyday and see this problem every so often with full touch screen models. When the touch stops working it could be one of two problems generally. Either the "Digitizer" of the phone is damaged wich is the part of the screen you touch that is infront of your actual screen, this is generally not too hard of a fix to do. Or the problem is that the calibration could be off? If the touch works but just isnt accurate try to get into the options or settings menu and do the calibration setting. This will make the phone register on the screen where it is suppose to. I hope one of these are your solution any questions feel free to email me a [email protected] or call our store The Cell Phone Guy at Sioux Falls SD 605-335-0411
