I have a 2005 Cadillac Escalade EXT and the check engine light came on. when checked the code 930 came up. What dose this mean?

    Never heard of this code and can find no information on it. Are you sure it is PO930?

I guess you mean p0930 obdii code... that is gear shift lock selenoid circuit problem....when press on brake does gear shifter move freely.. anyway reset and see if returns... if problem with gear shift try replacing selenoid

Service engine light is on....had checked and I'm told that I need to have my Fuel pressure sensor checked or changed...how can I be sure???
What was the fault code that triggered the engine light? The fuel pressure sensor on the Escalade monitors vapor pressure within the fuel tank to determine whether a leak has occurred and sends the information to the EVAP system to recirculate the fuel vapor.

Engine light came on then security light also
Recommend to have codes pulled via scan tool. Lights can come on for many different things. Possible bad ignition switch assembly can cause both check engine light and security light to come on.
