Casio SE-S800. How do you process a gift certificate as payment on it please?

I spent quite a bit of time researching this yesterday, but nothing was popping up in results.

In effect, the customer buys the gift certificate with cash or credit/debit card and they get a 'promissory note' by way of a certificate. That is recorded as your sale on the day.

When they redeem it, they are buying goods but not paying. You need something that records the sale amount figure and a method of payment that is 'this has already been paid' so isn't in cash or debit card/credit card as the payment. with my POS Tills (bar and restaurant), I always got the rep from the company I purchased from to program them. They do it from a laptop which is a lot easier and faster. Call the company and ask. If they won't help, set up a PLU Key that is marked Gift Certificate, make the sale to that and manually deduct it from Charge. Circle it on your X and Z-Reading and write the deduction on the tail with the days trading amount at the bottom of the Z-Reading.

Cash total $6,250.00
Gift Cert $250.00
Adjusted Total $6,000.00

It isn't going to be every day, so only take a few minutes.

Hi, i want to buy a McDonald's restaurant.

hi There Khairul.
Most McDonald's owner/operators have entered the corporation by purchasing an existing restaurant. To open a McDonald's franchise, however, requires a total investment of $1-$2.2 million, with liquid capital available of $750,000. The franchise fee is $45,000.

How much does it cost to buy a McDonald's?
The average McDonald's restaurant generates $2.5 million in sales annually, making it the second-highest-grossing chain in the US by sales per unit behind Chick-fil-A, according to QSR magazine. But to open a single restaurant, the company requires that potential franchisees have liquid assets of at least $750,000
How does a McDonald's franchise work?Your total costs to open the restaurant, however, will be anywhere from $685,750 to $1,504,000, which goes to paying for the building, equipment, etc. Forty percent of this cost has to be from your own (non-borrowed) funds. You'll pay an initial franchise fee of $45,000 directly to McDonald's.

If you round up, you are charging more than 15% in tax. $2.60 x 15% is $.39 = $2.99. $1.30 x 15% is $.195 which gets rounded up to $.20 for a total of $1.50.

Was rear ended and car frame is visibly bent down. My car is worth maybe 4 to 5 thousand and i dont know if the insurance company is going to consider it totaled or fixable. Its a 2001 Chevy Blazer,

You won't know until you take it to a body shop and get an estimate for repairs.
There may be hidden damage behind the bumper cover too.
The vehicle is a total loss with repairs cost more than 75 percent of replacement value with most insurance companies.

I have not received a credit on my VISA for a coat returned in late October or early November...and would like to speak to a customer service rep... merchant order # 25483153 Borderfree Order #...

Have you tried calling the telephone number on the back of your credit card? The website may also have some telephone numbers to use as well.

On these types of disputes, I like to write a letter directly to the credit card company giving all of the information you listed above plus the steps you took to try contacting the company in order to resolve the matter. Usually suggesting that you might close your account is enough incentive for the credit card company to get moving on giving you the money owed.

Good luck.

NPV of extending credit) The Salt Lake Ski Company wants to make a $200,000 credit purchase from your firm. Your investment in the credit sale is 70% of the amount of the sale. You estimate that Salt Lake has a 95% probability of paying you on time, which is in three months, and a 5% probability of paying nothing. If the opportunity cost of funds is 18% per year, what is the net present value of granting credit?

The codes for my direct tv remote listed for the new sylvania we purchased do not work 32 in cdl. any ideas

I called Comcast and they had no clue. But I called Sylvania and their reps were FABULOUS!!! Turns out, the TV makers send the cable companies the frequencies for each TV then the cable companies send them to a 3rd party to get the codes written.

This model of TV is new and there is no code written. The rep suggested that we countinue to check back on the Comcast website regularly to see if the code is posted. She said that the sales reps tend to get the info last.

The Sylvania rep anticipates a new code written soon because this is such a prevelant problem.

Help please

hi lilwallace;
The federal excise tax of 8% on the round trip ticket is calculated by multiplying 8% times the price of the ticket. Remember 8% is written as .08 when we multiply.
$832 times .08 = $66.56 is the excise tax

$832 times .06 = $49.92 is the sales tax

Now we just add the ticket price plus the excise tax and the sales tax and we get $832 + $66.56 + $49.92 = $948.44

Hope this helps Loringh PS Please leave a rating for me.. Thanks
