Hi I have a Swann out door wifi security camera I brought yesterday .... can you pair 2 devices to it I need to have to phones to it

You can't change the MAX Address. It is the identifier for your piece of equipment, and only only in the whole world. It is a unique identifier. What you can do is change the password to access the device.

seems it's super old and poor resolution that nobody wants to own, today.

it only works with TV or systems with RCA composite video input jacks. (the manual mentions VCR, what joke that is)
my home theater has that jack as does my TV
and so does my fine CAMERA NVR server.
this camera does 510 x 492 resolution and is pathetic.

I have many of those, and 1080P is real real nice.

Connect to pc and login into Camera.
Configure it as you want.

One is for the ifrered and one for camera itself

go to the main menu in DVR find network setup and give it static IP
Example :
IP: 192.168.1.100
Gateway : 192.168.1.1
subnet: 255.255.255.0
then go to your monitor device (computer or smart phone)
inter the IP address (192.168.1.100)
into your browser address bar

I assume you have a App on your phone? To use a Cellular connection you must add :80 (which means Port 80), to the end of the Server Name. Check your Tablet or Phone that is connecting via WiFi for the Server Name and enter it into the phone. You may need to use a DDNS Domain usually when accessing remotely such as a computer over the internet.

Check the operating system you are using is it 32bit or 64 bit. If you are using windows 7 with 64 bit, then your operating system will accept only external devices that support 64bit. Also check the security system has the capability for working with windows 7 64 bit operating system.
