Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.
Take the card to a store that has a Kodak picture maker kiosk (like Walmart). Your pictures should show up and you can print them or even make a cd. After you do that, format the card in the camera before using it again.
There could be many different problems with this camera. The batteries could be defective. The camera itself could be defective. The lens may be jammed.
