If you're in the UK you can order a replacement sun canopy for the Maxi Cosi Loola by Bebe Confort via your local Maxi Cosi retailer or direct with the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30. The RRP is £40.

Most hardware stores have a variety of springs. Lowes and Home Depot do too.
If you have one from the other side, measure or take it with you. Heck take the
complete stroller in with you and show them. Hopefully you can find a spring
that is close enough to do the job. It's what I would do.

i think you best solution is to try ebay, bebe confort/maxi cosi no longer supply these as they only have spares for current models.

i don't know about the seat unit or car seat but i've got a prelude carrycot and it fits on my loola, hope that helps
