When the paper begins to get fed into to machine it will stop about half way and i'll see a error: paper jam: clear jam and then press ok. There doesn't seem to be anything obstructing the pathe and the printer is fairly new and hardly used. Can anyone give me some advice before i try to take it apart or get it serviced and pay the big bucks

my envelope jamed and now it will not take the order to print and I don't know how to clear the prints that are in it
Also My disk to install will only go half way through and stop so I can not pull up the tools to set my heads or clean them on my 5610 all in one
I am having a problem with this model printer also. When i feed it through i get the paper jam message but i have thourougly checked and there is nothing obstructing the paper.
i continue to get the paper jam message. there is nothing in the printer that could cause this. i have done the system reset and tried everything on the hp website but nothing will stop the blinking exclamation point and the words on the screen of paper jam. anyone have any ideas on how to fix this

My all-in-one HP will not print on photo paper. It does not pull the paper all the way through to print and gives me an error about a paper jam. I've tried everything including reset, reinstall, etc. What are the skew parameters, where do I find them?
I'm having the same problem. Seems like no one knows the answere. Your posts were almost a year ago and no one has posted a good solution. I've tried HP and they were no help. Search various website and others have had the problem, but no solutions.
