My Panasonic phone Model No. KX-TSC30BXW got dial lock please help me out how to dial unlock.

This worked on my KX-TG3611BX and might work on yours, Monica:
Turn the dial lock off using the following method: 1 {MENU} --> {#} -> {2} -> {5} -> {1} 2 Press {*} -> {7} -> {0} -> {0} -> {0} 3 {Save} -> {Yes} -> {OFF}

    Only press the buttons enclosed within curly brackets { } (1 and 2 and 3 are meant as step numerations, but for some reason, the website removes carriage returns and concatenates all characters in one line)
