I was on the phone and when I hung up, my screen was black

I was talking on my LG Shine cellphone, when I hung up, I put it down and the next time I looked at it, it was completely black. I took out the battery multiple times and the SIM card. Everything still worked though. I got text messages and could make calls, but I couldn't see anything. How can I fix it?

But I always talk The cellphone company that it came from into telling me over the phone how to do it. don't take no as an answer demand to talk to the supervisor and make a big deal of it don't give up. they will give it to ya!
