First of all you file a complaint in the police station. Including your IMEI number & phone number . From there you will get a paper that your is lost . With this paper contact your service provider and they can trace your mobile phone. So you can understand who is using your mobile and his number & identity .And from where he is using ur mobile.
Sorry Chinmoy we dont have the authority to track the cell and locate them. as per as the legal issue are consern. so in these issue we @ fixya can't help you. i suppose You are resident of India. so the tracking of lost cell phone varries country to country. Also the company has method to do so. so its better if you can contact the customer care of Nokia in your region. Regards Gizokieth
Unfortunately - there is no way that anyone here will find your phone unless one of us happen to see it laying somewhere - and the chance of that is very very unlikely..
If you have insurance with the service provider you might be able to get a replacement.. Contact the service provider..

Your phone service provider may be able to help you if its stolen, to get it blocked from use.
