Question edited for a lot more clarity. Your model number didn't show any hits on Google, because there were no spaces in the model number and no maker included.
All questions need 'make model (what it is)' as first 3 words please.
Various manuals on the Montgomery Ward Manuals site, but not that exact model. Pick one that is close.
Search the internet for the maker & model of your chair and perhaps you will find a copy of the instructions. Or, contact the maker of the chair and request a set of instructions.

If the ice maker is not getting water, it is probably the solenoid valves that let the water go through is burn out. Unplug the fridge and at the bottom at the back of the fridge there are valves that are controlled by solenoids. Unplug the connection to each solenoid and measure the resistance. It should read about 200-over 300 ohms. If you get a reading that is way high like mullions of ohms of thousands of ohms or infinity(open circuit) then the solenoid is bad. They usually sell the whole unit. You can't buy just one solenoid. They cost anywhere from 40- over a hundred bucks.
