Please state the brand and model and OS of your system, there are two options, try recovery using supplied disc, you can also repair your OS using installer disc, or reformat the disc before installation for more stable OS.

Its going to need to be reinstalled, if you don't have a cd drive you should take the laptop to your dealer if they can do the reinstall or a local professional who surely can do it.

My computer stars in safe mode. and i cant start it on the normal mode. how can i start it in the normal mode?? tell me please!

Hi, if you are only able to start in safe mode, this indicates a problem has occured with your operating system. To resolve this you will need to insert the operating system cd and perform a system restore. You will not loose any save data by performing this.

Cant start my laptop, mesage on the scrin ;The

you will have to format the laptop hard drive and re install the Windows Operating system.
The Boot agent is the start up program for the Operating system. If this is corrupted then you have a virus or malware that has corrupted the boot program.
2. After formatting and reinstallation of the Operating system you will need to download the Microsoft Essential anti-virus protection program ( free).
from Microsoft site.
I hope this helps.

Plss help!!!

what operating system you have? win98? win2000? or winxp? there are several reasons an operating system can not proceed due to corrupted os, hardware conflict and so on. if you are using winxp you just simply run this installer by clicking the repair instead format. with this the corrupted part of the operating system will be replaced and some drivers of your hardware which have been corrupted or unistalled will be replaced
