Can,t install my quickcam in windows 7

The most likely reason it isn't working is because the cd you got has older drivers which don't support windows 7, so you need to go on to the logiteck website and get the latest driver for it.

Disconnect webcam
Re-start computer
Visit the logitech support website - Identify your webcam ( 2 pages ) - click on the picture and download the software
