I would say that a output voltage of not more than 2.8 volt and the output amp should not exceed 60% of the Amp hour rating of the battery. Example if the battery is a 2000 mah battery the charging amp should not be more than 1400 milli amp or 1.4 amp
I took mine apart because it would not charge and the one terminal was very corroded but the battery is soldered to the terminals and no markings on the 2 batteries. Good Luck
