Im sorry, but the driver for this does not exist for windows 7.

you have to get the software from lg.
its called phone manager.
Install it on your pc.open the program (from lg) and connect the phone to the pc.

JUST CONNECT YOUR CELL WITH THE HELP OF DATA CABLE WITH NET CONNECTED COMPUTER IT AUTOMATICALLY FIND YOUR CABLE DRIVER

I have CDMA mobiles like LG RD 3000.. All they accept only Reliance CDMA sims. I want to enter another CDMA sims in them! I havn't any data cables, but I know sim can be unlocked by codes also.. So, I asked somebody for help! I'll be always greatful for this!
