Need a manual for a women's globe carmel bike

That bike was made from 1993-1998. It's a standard Cro-Moly (i.e. Steel) non-suspension mtn bike. In other words, there is nothing unique about it that would require an owner's manual. I might suggest you post the actual issue with the bike to get some feedback as to how to deal with it.

You don't need a specific manual, as parts and adjustments are the same for bikes of the same style. In addition bike manuals have mainly safety information and very basic other information. Just go to a bike shop and ask for a manual for your style of bike. If that does not provide the info you need look into repair classes at a bike shop or bike co-op or look up the procedure you need to do with Google or at: Repair Help and Education

Some globes are held in place by an internal spring clip. If there are no screws around the base of the fixture that can be loosened to remove the globe, this is probably the case. Try to gently, but firmly, remove the globe from the base by pulling down on the globe.

There is a light out on the front of your bike, could be a parking light, turn signal or headlight bulb. Turn on ignition and check the lamps on the bike, then start the engine and check the headlights.

Do you have the owners manual for the R1200GS? The warning indicators are described in the manual.

You have to buy a women's bike adaptor, (about $30) and it is a bar that makes the frame like a mens frame. Bike shops sell them.
