I have a HUGE problem with Telkom. I tried to cancel a Contract since May 2017. I still get statements on a monthly basis. Please, what can I do to STOP this contract FINALLY?

It depends. If the 'rent to buy' contract is with Telkom and hasn't expired on a 2 year contract, you can't. If the phone is over 2 years old, you can ask them to remove the tie to Telkcom, and then go to another company. If there is some strange contract where you always rent to phone forever, the answer is No. As soon as you put another SIM card in it, they will PUK Lock the Firmware and only they can unlock it.

Having typed the above, I went to check what the phone was like. This is a strange phone and obviously belongs to them not you. When you cancel the contract, they will want to back. When they see a new SIM in it, they will block it.
