My Frigidaire refrig/top freezer is leaking water onto the floor, have checked the drain and can't get anything down the drain from inside the frig whether it be hot water, a small tube or wire. There isn't anyway to remove the back panel of the frig. WE have gone as far as we can from inside the drain hole inside the frig and from the drain tube that goes into the drain pan. Model # is FRT15HB3JQ2
The only access to the drain tube is from the inside which would mean removing the inner cabinet or liner - completely impractical and probably a waste of time as a collapsed drain tube is likely to be a sign the insulation is failing.
I expect you will find there will be at least one cold spot on the outer cabinet. A friend had the same trouble. In her case the top at the back was the worst offender and we extended the life by placing a 4" polystyrene block on the top. She mopped out the fridge daily.
I find a curtain wire is the most suitable for poking around in fridge drains.

hello!
the drain plug is loosening if equiped with a housing nut try to rotatate nut to tighten the drain plug,if has no lock nut have it weld by glue gun to hold tight fit your drain plug.have a nice day

the drain in the freezer is clog make sure the drain from the freezer is clean all the way to the pan next to the compressor . you need to open the back wall of your freezer for that ( the inside wall) clean with buster (water pump)the drain is in the bottom middle of the freezer

It should be just below the evaporator coils. The panel covering the fan should also be the one covering the drain tube. You'll probably have to pull the shelves out to get the panel off (depending on the model, sometimes you'll have to pull the back panel off too, sometimes it's just on the top.)
