SOURCE: Roland JC-55 amp stopped working

Sounds like a transformer problem or something else in the power section..maybe even a transistor....since the LED status light would be direct from DC power. Take it to a trusted audio electronic tech and get it looked at. Keep in mind that these amps are about $150-$200 used on Ebay so don't spend too much getting it fixed if it is indeed a transformer. I'd definatley get it looked at. I have a JC-77 and it rocks for clean!

You need to replace the battery. It will most likely be a coin sized battery in a slip in holder on the main board. If you need help, here is ROland Customer Service contact info-

After that, you can reset the E96 back to the factory settings by following the directions here-

My roland cube street starts making this really weird loud noise

Hi, Quick Check. Very often the input socket which is soldered directly to the circuit board, will have a broken solder joint. This is common on a very large amount of equipment. Try waggling the plug about and seeing if the noise comes and goes.
Easy fix, re-solder joint. Permanent fix, connect socket to board with flying leads, or fix socket to board with hot glue or epoxy resin.
All the best, Chris the Fader.

Where can I buy a FC-300 RRC2 Board and connecting cable to repair a Roland foot controller?

More than likely you would have to contact the manufacture [Roland} for a replacement part. You can also search ebay.com for the product in question, maybe you'll find something inexpensive that you can use for parts.

Check for corrosion on battery contacts. If this unit can use an AC adapter, often the switch contact in the power plug that connects the batteries when adapter is removed gets bent and fails to connect the batteries.

Transported Roland KR-177, toppled - pedal assy needs replacing

Good grief! FInd a tech that knows what he is doing. You can replace the plug and/or the jack. Each is a few dollars at most. You can even do it yourself. If you can see where wires went just buy new parts. They are probably available even at Radio Shack.
