Hi Regina, the first thing you should do is check to make sure the water supply is turned on. Sometimes it will get shut off by mistake when someone is trying to do something else. The next problem would be the fill valve that allows water into the machine,that could be no good. Also check that the machine has power going to it, some newer installations are wired to a plug in cord like other appliances. There may be an outlet behind the machines controlled by a wall switch.
