Press the three key Ctrl+Alt+delete from your keypad when you see that black screen with cursor blinking, the scree will come up automatically or else try to switch the notebook in safe mode by following these instruction:
1. Turn on the notebook and keep pressing the F8 key from your keypad
2. You will find options like --Safe mode
--Safe mode with Networking
--Start window Normally
3. You need to select the Safe mode with networking option and then press enter from your keypad
This way you can get into the safe mode and you can easily use the notebook.
If the information helped you then please give me some ratings. Thanks

I had the same model with the exact same problem last week in my shop, it turned out to be a firmware issue, went online downloaded the firmware to a flash drive and into the TV and it worked fine after that, not saying this is your problem but I had checked both the power board and main and found nothing bad so that is when I reverted to the firmware issue
