SOURCE: The smallest clamp (bottom clamp) is broken.

Try www.BogenTripodParts.com for that part. There is listed the widest selection of Bogen parts and support more models than any other web site I’ve seen. There are losts of pictures to help find just the right part.

How do I remove the cracked positioning lever from Bosch Rotak 34-13 lawnmower?

To remove the positioning lever from a Bosch Rotak 34-13 lawnmower, follow these steps:
  1. First, disconnect the lawnmower from the power supply to ensure safety.
  2. Locate the positioning lever on the handle of the lawnmower.
  3. You may need to remove the screws or bolts that are holding the positioning lever in place. Use a screwdriver or wrench as required.
  4. Once the screws or bolts have been removed, gently pull the positioning lever out of its slot.
  5. If the positioning lever is still stuck, you can use a flat-head screwdriver to gently pry it loose.
  6. Once the old positioning lever has been removed, clean the area thoroughly and remove any debris or dirt that may be present.
  7. Now you can install the new positioning lever by sliding it into the slot and securing it in place with screws or bolts.
  8. Finally, reconnect the lawnmower to the power supply and test the positioning lever to ensure it is working properly.
If you are unsure about any of the steps or do not have the proper tools, it is recommended to consult a professional for assistance.

How do I remove the cracked positioning lever from Bosch Rotak 34-13 lawnmower?

I think this is now a new part. There are no nuts, instead just a lip in the plastic that clips in when they put it together. So to remove it, one must break the plastic arm off, so that one can turn this until the lip is outside, and only then it can easily be removed - Peter

Lawnmower electric

In most cases its not worth to invest TIME if you have a rotak 40 or so , because of the low quality of Bosch mowers its because of they have take over qualcast brand from England they are now owner , the last years there are mowers that have a belt drive from electric mower ROTAK i have replaced a belt but its takes so many thinking and working time to split and rebuild after that the bearings are also not fresh enough to let it be whats over when its over with the bosch mower get an other brand I've never been in working misjudged restoring so, one machine mainly perform the standard excess tension on the belt which the bearing to excessive heat, the stuff is made to break down. i have this year 20 years behind me in repairing also Bosch powertools and thats not only the problem that its BOsch , no its the Qualcast quality that fits the last years inside the bosch brand. the last 7 years the Bosch powertools are differend by model and price and from bad to perfect. but the most common problem is the working time that you will have on a green rotak mower. if you own a old model Bosch fore 8 years ago then the parts are sometimes difficult to get. difficult to place an correct answer but be warned if its handling a rotak .

BOSCH Rotak 36 keeps stoping

Before all first call upon any additional warranty in case of this (in Qualcast manner made) machine.
Do not self service without tools on this product , it cost much time in almost all cases , all was made by an marketing technical price so you can only the best advice by the dealer or it will not succesful in any case of the time and price .

Look some links on the rotak group mowers.
I do not servicing BOSCH mowers anymore because of the time and price for parts and the short rest time ONLY THE DEALER can help you.
The abnormal beltdrive tension is always the great problem that is for shure on the rise on (almost) all models of rotak serie.
some models have not even nominal value bearings on all parts .

The door on my bosch hmt8655gb wil not shut please can tell me the best way to repair rob

Door catches.

One of the latches may have broken off and is not lifting the other latch clear of the housing. Remove from any power source, remove the cover of the cabinet. Slacken off the clamp mechanism and ease the clamp over the guide to allow the door to open. When a new door lever is in place, the door may be easily adjusted by slackening off the screws that clamp the door catch/actuators in place whilst holding the door closed and then tightening the screws. The rear of the door may be adjusted by slackening the lower door hinge screws and adjusting as required.
I hope that helps.
