I can't find a 323 video, just other bobcat videos related to tank removal such as: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1t0JkCTePtE

With at least some bobcats it is not possible to remove the fuel tank without removing the engine. Outside my realm of expertiese but at least I can point you to repair manuals. No info on reliablitiy of the sites but the 2nd one strikes me as more mainstream.

I take help from online websites that have this service like helping in repair some like reliable-store have instant help.. others are a bit slow which I don't prefer... rest is up to u.. U can also get free manuals

Removing a starter from this Bobcat is one of the easiest repairs you will perform. Have you replaced a starter before? When you open the engine compartment door. You will see the starter and battery in clear view. Just like an on road vehicle. Disconnect the battery, remove the starter, have it rebuilt or replaced and reassemble.
