My straight talk phone says my mobile network is disconnected how do i fix so i can use my phone

The short answer is yes, I believe so. Straight Talk seems to support the proper frequencies needed to get on their network, however a complete walk through I don't have at my disposal.

You need to call your provider to let them tell you if you are out of minutes or what the deal is. If you are out of time then it may just be saying prepaid as the type of plan you have and not work further until you get more minutes on the simm card or account for the phone.
