SOURCE: watch goes slow when wearing

There is nothing wrong with your watch. Probably it's the one measuring heart rate and pulse (heart beats per second).
Use your users manual to set the watch.
By the way: Timex is one of the worst watch producers.

SOURCE: i have pulsar quartz alarm chronograph water 100m

This watch does not cost a lot - in very good state you can fetch $40-$80. But this is ONLY if someone is interested in it. If not - your watch cost nothing (sorry to say that). Pulsar has never been desirable watch make, so, there is no interest in this make. Now Pulsar is taken over by CITIZEN for a low priced watches for middle class people, but because it is now under CITIZEN name, it may gain some value. Do not be upset with the info - someday, somehow your watch can be collectable. Rate me, please, accordingly to the info - not your feelings about the info.

SOURCE: Need instructions on how to

Some of these can be quite a bugger to set, there are so many variates of Pulsar watches, and I'm not able to locate exact instructions for that model. However if you call Pulsar with that model number they will gladly provide a free manual for you, one you can probably even download and view, or they can email it to you directly. Please call Pulsar at 1-201-529-5730 and request the instructions.

Thanks
Tim

I have a clear acrylic michael kors watch and the pegs that hold the links together have turned black with dirt / grime. How can I clean this ?

Rubbing alcohol.
What is holding the dirt there is old body oils, alcohol is good at breaking that down, cheap and doesn't dissolve plastics like some other solvents. Soak the wristband in the alcohol for a couple of days. Don't submerge the watch itself as I don't know how waterproof it is. If you can separate the watch from the band without losing the holding pins, even better.
Use cotton swabs or an old toothbrush with alcohol for the stubborn stuff.

I have Invicta 0764 watch and it is great. However I have some problems with day adjustment. First of all, crown does not have two adjustment positions, only one. Invicta instructions ****. I do not want...

Perhaps the "click" feature is not working. (One of my watches has two positions but doesn't click to the first one, I just know its there!)

Try to position the crown half way to the "click " position and see if you can adjust the day (by turning it anticlockwise).

Received the Tommy Bahama Islander watch Model 3025 as a retirement gift from employer- had 4 days - worked for 2 then stopped (at the same time) for 2 days in a row. I've read the book that came with the...

MY suggestion would be to take to a local jeweler/watchmaker to see if its the battery. They should have a battery tester to check to see if that is the case. Probably is.
If its NOT the battery, it seems like its defective and I would start inquiring where they bought the watch. I know. Tricky, because it was a gift, but well, they would want to know too
Good luck and let me know if that helps!!! J

How is the day of the week changed in a TIMEX Traditional analog watch. Pulling the stem out half way and rotating will only change the date. Rotating the time through multiple 24 hour periods will work,...

Setting the date is covered in the instructions which you can get instructions from the Timex web site "timex.com".

At the bottom of the screen click on "manuals/downloads", then on "product
manual download"

Enter your watch type in the search box and click on "search"

Help changing the date on my HYPE wrist watch The watch didnt' come with any instuctions. I don't know how to change the date. I have it on the correct day of the week but I can't change the date?

The date may have a mechanical change at midnight(ish).

f this is the case, take the watch past midnight and then wind it back to (say) 11 and then forward again. Repeat this until the correct date is achieved.

If you watch is an electronic type then press the mode button until the date change function appears (it is likely to be abreviated "DC ? perhaps" and then use one of the other buttons to advance or ****** the date as required. Some experimenting may be required.

Good day! i bought this watch for my brother on his birthday. it was very pleasure for him. But! The band is very short!

Unfortunatly, He will likely need to purchase a long strap. Perhaps the point of purchase can assist you, or many generics are out there and generally available form independant jewelers.
