i want to buy a remote control for sony dvd home theatre system dav-fxg9k, where i can get it?

my dav-340k was working perfectly then after sometimes it lost sound output,even with the full volume no sound at all n no any warning n nor indication. what could be the problem?

1) change the batteries by new ones
2) clean the contacts batteries very well with special spray contacts
3) resolder any wires contact batteries.
4) Open the remote control for clean the keypads from oxides, dust, etc with alochol or special spray.
5) tight the springs with pliers for better contacts batteries.
6) RESET the codes again, and try it

my sony bravia is KLV-32S400A. i tried to stop the dvd playing and turn off the home theatre, but the tv is still on. suddenly there was a loud blast sound and the home theatre shows PUSH POWER PROTECTOR.
please help what should i do with it?
