Engine runs,,,,nothing else works, does not move, bucket does not go up or down
Does it have an armbar switch that needs to be down when functioning? Are the control pedals moving or are they locked? If all electric switches are functioning proper then you might want to take a look at the pump drive belt. Its a large belt that goes from the engine flywheel to the pump pulley. It has a large tensioner on it that goes bad and the motor doesnt turn the pump. This pump does all hydraulic functions including drive. Good luck.
If no hydraulics are operating then there may be a few things to look at. Check the hydraulic fluid level as drive and bucket controls are hydraulic based. The hydraulic pump is shaft driven by the hydrostatic pump. If the fluid level is not proper, this could cause symptoms. Air in the system is another factor but most systems are self purging.
There are filters in various points around the unit and are 40 micron. Main filter has s bypass should filter be clogged. However, the smaller filters do not. The hydraulic system stays at charge pressure and fluid flows through control valves until actuated. If a spool is stuck, it may be bypassing fluid not allowing pressure to build up. Should give a basic starting point to troubleshoot further.

what model do you have, first I change hdy filter it may be pluged is your system full of fluid?

Hi Joseph:
Usually hydraulic components will "self clear" any air in the system just by trying to cycle through the functions a few times.
Have to ask the question............
Did you remove and replace the hoses one at a time, or did you take them all off at the same time?
The reason I ask is............ Could there be a remote possibility that any of the hose onnection locations were switched?
Testimonial: "I did remove three of the hoses at one time simply two of the hoses were rubbed through and to remove one of the ones I had to remove another to get at one rubbed through. However I am 100% sure they are installed correctly because only two of the hoses are the same diameter and they run parallel to each other and one has to be installed before you can install the other. Thank you for your help. I see I need to get more hydraulic fluid as my level went down after trying system. Joe"
