May be a bit of grit gas got in. Do not try to manually manipulate it- this will wreck the motor drive. A Vacuum clean suck way have some affect. Certainly contact Pentax Tech Support Team .

My Kodak does the same way the kids got there sticky fingers on it.
I would suggest trying to clean it with some 98-99% Isopropyl Alcohol since the alcohol evaporates completely. Make sure to remove the batteries before doing it. Also use some compressed air to try to dislodge any dirt, dust, or debris that may be stopping the movement.
If it still doesn't close once you've cleaned it then there may be something physicaly wrong or broken inside the camera. You can attempt dissasembly but it could be quite fragile and tricky to take apart and even more so to put back together.
Otherwise, always keep a good clean micro-fiber cleaning cloth with you and clean the lens frequently.

The camera has a faulty capacitor inside the circuit board. Having it repaired generally cost more than purchasing a replacement camera. Capacitors store the power needed to operate motor drives when needed. If they get a hairline crack on the outer shell they will lose there ability to operate correctly such as yours is doing

Its actually a technician code which means that your Zoom system has malfunctioned. If you want to remove the film then you can simply click the reset button and then remove the film. If you want to get it repaired then it would be better if you throw it and look for a new SLR Camera
