Hi, all electronic rotary laser levelers have an electronic calibration that you can do yourself, you just need to know the correct algorithm to control the buttons. Look here (https://laslev.com/reviews-laser-levels/firecore/automatic-rotary-laser-level-firecore-fre207r-servo/) for an example of this unit, it describes the entire calibration algorithm for the X-axis and the Y-axis. The buttons may be slightly different, but the principle is the same, I'm sure you can do it, there's nothing complicated there.

How do a get my tool to level it self? I have not used this tool in about 5 years it is like new. It has been sitting in my garage and I went to use it to set some plum and level lines and it will not

Bill the level is a pendulum type of device, therefore it is self leveling as long as it is within about 5 degrees of level. The pendulum has a lock for when it is not in use, make sure that you unlock this so the the unit can self level. It also has a flashing out-of-level indicator to warn you if you have not set the unit up within the 5 degrees of actual/real level. Paul.

My battery dies very quickly

If your notebook unexpectedly goes into Sleep mode while you are using it but the battery charge is not low, you may need to recalibrate your battery. You should also recalibrate the battery periodically to maintain the accuracy of the battery gauge. Follow these steps to recalibrate the battery.

  1. Connect your notebook to AC power and let the battery charge completely.
  2. Disconnect the AC power and restart your notebook.
  3. Completely discharge the battery.
  4. After the battery is completely drained, reconnect your notebook to AC power.
  5. Charge the battery completely until the battery status indicator turns blue.

The ligths of the air condition panel are blinkin.

It needs to be recalibrated. Likely because it failed the cool down test. Have you checked the freon level. After you fill the A/C it will have to be recalibrated. Check the freon and let me know. I'll post the calibration procedure if you need me to.

HALF PRINTING(HALF DARK AND THE rest no printing)

Check with the cartridges. If you are using recycled cartridges it has these kind of problems. Try aligning your printer from the software. If you have new cartridges than also you can try aligning and in troubleshoot option it could be 'recalibrating/recalibration' use this option. And the best would be use software assistance and try to uninstall and reinstall the printer.

Scanner isn't scanning all the time

It doesn't sound like a power issue. Most likely it either needs cleaned, or it needs the laser recalibrated or replaced. Try cleaning the glass for starters, and then hold the scanner about two inches from a white piece of paper. You should get a solid, bright red line. If the line is distorted you need to recalibrate the laser. If it's dim, the laser unit is going out. The laser can be replaced, but I don't know if it's one of those things where the part plus labor costs more than replacing the scanner.
